Alabama's budget is almost complete

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA)- Governor Riley says he is almost finished with the budget. Riley hopes to present the budget to the legislature the first week of the session.

This year alone, state agencies have seen some major budget cuts . All departments are coping with 12 percent less in their budget.

The governor says he plans to push economic development  more than ever next year.
