Montgomery Airport to remain open

MONTGOMERY, AL - The Montgomery Airport says it is open and will be open Friday morning with all flights scheduled to leave on time, at this time. 

There were a few flights canceled this afternoon, but at this time all remaining flights to arrive at MGM are on schedule. 

Delta Connection from Atlanta – had two flights canceled coming in and two going out due to weather.  But, the last flight  #5128 is still scheduled to arrive at 9:45 p.m. 

Delta Connection to Atlanta will have aircraft here for early morning flights and they are still scheduled. 

Delta/Northwest to Memphis flight # 3983 is still on schedule to arrive at 8:55 p.m. providing an aircraft for its early morning flight. 

US Airways from/to Charlotte has some delays at this time for their two evening flights. Check website for status. 

American Eagle from/to Dallas-Fort Worth flight #3295 is still on schedule to arrive this evening at 9:10 p.m. and Friday morning flight is still on schedule as well. 

If anyone is concerned about their flight, they should go to the airlines web site and check flight status information. Or call the 800 number on their ticket confirmation. They can also access the airlines web site through www.iflymontgomery.com and click the airline icon.
