MOSSES, Ala. (AP) — Alabama State Troopers say one person was killed and seven others were injured when a vehicle overturned in the town of Mosses in Lowndes County.

Spokesman Sgt. Steve Jarrett said Tuesday that 25-year-old Wendy Necole Johnson, 25, of Hayneville, was killed Monday evening when the Nissan Pathfinder she was driving overturned.

Jarrett says Johnson and all of the passengers were ejected from the vehicle, and none was wearing a seatbelt or a child restraint device. Three of the passengers were children,
