Two arrested in Lee County on meth and endangering charges

A concerned citizen helps investigators rescue two young children from the dangers of meth.

Jessica Flournoy and Kenneth Elliot, Junior are in jail facing multiple charges.  The pair were allegedly cooking meth in front of Flournoy's two year old and eleven day old. The Department of Human Resources has been contacted and have assumed the responsibility of locating a home for the two children.

According to investigators Flournoy and Elliot were making the drug inside a mobile home on U.S. 29.

Flournoy, who is 18 years old, is charged with trafficking of a controlled a substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance and chemical endangerment of a child.  Elliot, who is 20, faces the same charges.

Both are in the Lee County Detention Facility.
