Attorney General protesting parole for convicted killers

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Attorney General Troy King wants to keep three convicted killers from being released from prison.

King plans to attend the parole hearing for Benjamin Oryang, McArthur Harris and Tyrone Gibson Tuesday.

They were convicted of murder and attempted murder of four people in the 1991 roadway shootings in Elmore and Montgomery counties.

All three were denied parole in 1994.
