Dothan, AL - Leaders of Concerned Wiregrass Citizens released an "Open Letter to the Houston County Commission" and its Chairman, Mark Culver.

In the letter, CWC leaders identity nine fundamental questions, concerning the Commission's relationship with, and now regulatory oversight of Country Crossing.

Concerned about the legality of Country Crossing's operation as well as the curious manner in which it was set up, CWC is calling on all of Alabama to demand real transparency of its elected officials.

CWC leaders are asking Chairman Culver and the Houston Co. Commission to respond to their letter by February 1, 2010.

The letter and questions can be found at: www.scribd.com/full/25868213?access_key=key-2krpvbe0d0gj3z8kjdl
