Dothan doctor sentenced for molesting patients

DOTHAN, AL (WSFA) - A former Dothan doctor is sentenced for having an inappropriate relationship with two patients.

Gregory Johns will serve 14 years in prison for molesting two women.

A jury found Johns guilty in December.

The alleged incidents happened in the emergency room of the Southeast Alabama Medical Center in 2006 and 2007.

Johns has lost his medical license, has registered as a sex offender and has agreed not to appeal the conviction.
