Former AL 2 year college chancellor ordered to forfeit millions

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Former Alabama two year college chancellor Roy Johnson has been ordered to forfeit millions of dollars.

A federal judge ordered him to forfeit $18.2 million in cash and his $1.3 million home in Opelika.

Johnson is scheduled to be sentenced later this month.

He faces more than 25 years in prison and more than $2 million in fines after pleading guilty in 2008 to 15 federal charges, including bribery and money laundering.
