TROY, AL - In response to the recent devastating earthquakes, the 2010 TroyFest Committee donated t-shirts from previous festivals to people in Haiti.

"Hopefully the shirts will be put to good use and the people affected by this horrible tragedy will know they are in our prayers," said Jenniffer Barner, Pike County Chamber of Commerce President.  "We all will continue to find ways to help."

TroyFest, presented by the City of Troy, Pike County Chamber of Commerce and Troy Arts Council, is a fine arts and craft festival held in honor of Jean Lake.  There will be a variety of art, food and entertainment for people of all ages.  This year's festival will be held April 24th and 25th.
