AUM offers free workshop for college planning

MONTGOMERY AL, (WSFA)- College tuition, books, room and board, most parents' concerns are, "How will we pay for everything?"

They may soon get the answer they need. Auburn Montgomery is set to offer parents some relief with a free workshop to help plan for college.

"College 101: What every parent should know about paying and planning for college," workshop will be on February 27th from 9am-11am, in Moore Hall Auditorium.

The workshop will cover information on how to apply for financial aid, the differences between free money and loans, when to apply for college admission and what to consider when choosing a college, and scholarships.
