MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Governor Bob Riley's office is adding money to the pot for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person who murdered a 69-year-old Dothan woman.

Riley is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the death of Grace Bridges.

The Governor's reward is on top of the $11,000 being offered by the Houston County District Attorney's office and Crimestoppers.

Grace Bridges, 69, died on March 17 from a gunshot wound to the chest. She was found dead at her furniture business by a customer.

"I hope this reward will encourage people to come forward and help Dothan police solve this horrible crime," said Governor Riley. "Tips from the public could help investigators break this case and bring to justice those who committed this terrible act."

Individuals with information about the murder of Grace Bridges should contact Corporal Will Glover with the Dothan Police Department at 334-615-3632.
