AUBURN, AL (WSFA) - With the combined efforts of the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Auburn Police Department and Opelika Police Department, a search warrant was executed at an apartment complex in Auburn.
Following a search of the residence, law enforcement officers found bags of marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine and various types of prescription medications.
Officers also recovered several weapons, $1,300 dollars in cash, drug distributing paraphernalia and ingredients consistent with a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory.
John Thomas Steiber (18) of Auburn, Jamie Brooke Abrams (18) of Auburn, Brittany Maranville (18) of Valley and Jessy Lamar Hale (23) of Valley were all arrested on various drug possession charges.
A five month old female child was also located inside the apartment at the time the search warrant was executed. The Department of Human Resources (DHR) was notified and assumed the responsibility of establishing a safety plan for the infant child.
All four of the defendants are currently being held in the Lee Co. Detention Facility.
Stieber is being held on a $36,000 dollar bond. Abrams is being held on a nineteen $19,000 dollar bond. Maranville and Hale are both being held on a $15, 000 dollar bond each.
