Mosley, Gayden battling for spot on AU line

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Two junior college transfers are vying to become Auburn's starting right tackle.

Brandon Mosley and Roszell Gayden are both January signees who are going through spring practice.

Offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn says they both "look the part" of an offensive tackle.

Mosley is 6-foot-6, 295 pounds and is trying to put on weight. The 6-6, 321-pound Gayden has been trying to shed a few pounds.

Mosley has moved to the offensive line after playing tight end and defensive line throughout his career.

Gayden is moving from left tackle to right tackle.

The Tigers return four starters on the line, but have to replace Andrew McCain.
