TALLASSEE, AL (WSFA) - The 17-year-old man accused of burning down the historic Hotel Talisi and an adjoining consignment shop in late 2009 is getting closer to seeing his day in court.

Dylan Keith Carroll was indicted late Wednesday on multiple charges in connection with the November fire. Authorities have decided to try him as an adult.

Carroll faces a string of charges including: two counts of Arson 2nd, one count Arson 3rd, four counts Burglary 3rd, two Theft of Property 3rd, two counts Criminal Mischief 1st, Theft of Property 2nd, Criminal Mischief 2nd, Breaking/Entering Vehicle, and Possession of Burglary Tools.

Each of the charges are felonies except for the theft of property charges.

Carroll is being held at the Elmore County Jail on $75,000 bond.
