OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) - Owensboro police found meth making ingredients in the vehicle of three Alabama men who caused a disturbance at a Wal-Mart.

According to an affidavit, police were called to the Frederica Street Wal-Mart to investigate three men trying to buy pseudoephedrine pills without proper ID.

Police say that when the store clerk said they couldn't buy the drugs, they got very upset.

Owensboro police caught up with the men, Christopher Ross, 26, Michael F. Bowden, 19, and Joseph H. Marcelino III, 36, outside the store.

All men are from New Brockton, Ala.

After searching their vehicle, police say they found other meth-making ingredients and drug paraphernalia with meth residue.

Ross, Bowden and Marcelino are all charged with manufacturing meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, meth and a meth precursor.
