Opelika High School student arrested after threat

An Opelika High School student angry he wouldn't be graduating turns violent with one of his teachers.  Police say 19 year old Corrderialous Ingram met with a teacher on Friday who informed him he would not graduate with the rest of his class.

That's when police say Ingram became enraged and grabbed a weapon. "At this time Ingram got out a pair of scissors out of a teacher's desk drawer and he made remarks to the teacher that the graduation was not going to take place if he wasn't going to graduate.  The teacher was in fear and did not feel like he or she could leave the classroom," says Captain Allan Elkins with the Opelika Police Department.

Ingram is out on bond.  He faces some serious charges including unlawful imprisonment and making a terroristic threat.
