Alabama's baseball team beat Georgia Tech 10-8 Monday night to win the Atlanta Regional and advance to the Super Regional round of the NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament.
The Crimson Tide will travel to Clemson, which beat Auburn 13-7 Monday night in Auburn, for the 2010 NCAA Super Regionals starting Saturday through Monday, June 14.
The best-of-three series will be played Saturday at 5 p.m. (CDT), Sunday at 6 p.m. (CDT) and Monday at either 12 p.m. or 6 p.m. (CDT). The first game will be televised by ESPNU, while Games 2 and 3 will be aired on ESPN 2.
The winners of the super regionals advance to the College World Series in Omaha, Neb.
Alabama (41-23) captured its seventh NCAA Regional Championship and its first since winning the 2006 NCAA Tuscaloosa Regional. It was Alababama's first road regional win since 1983.
