TALLASSEE, AL (WSFA) - Eight months after an arsonist's fire wiped out one of Tallassee's most historic landmarks, the man responsible is pleading guilty to the crimes against him.

Dylan Carroll pleaded guilty Tuesday to numerous counts against him.

He'll now be sentenced for two counts Burglary 3rd, one count Arson 2nd, Arson 3rd, and three counts of Criminal Mischief 1st degree.

Carroll was indicted for the Nov. 30, 2009, fire which decimated the historic Hotel Talisi and Smarty Pants consignment store in downtown Tallassee.

He'll be sentenced by Judge Ben Fuller on November 29th of this year.
