TROY, AL (WSFA) - A 24-year-old Troy man died after being shot in the 100 block of Rose Circle.
Troy Jones was shot at about 1:30 Monday morning at a Troy residence, according to a press release from Sgt. Benny Scarbrough, a Troy Police Dept. spokesman. He later died at the UAB Hospital in Birmingham after being transferred there from Troy Regional Medical Center by Care Ambulance.
He died at about 10:00 am Monday, the release said.
