16 drug arrests made in Prattville

PRATTVILLE, AL (WSFA) - The Prattville Police Department and Autauga County Sheriff's Office arrested 16 people during an early morning drug operation. Three drug search warrants were also executed at different locations in the city.

The yearlong investigation resulted in the recovery of marijuana, cocaine, drug paraphernalia and weapons.

Police have other warrants to be served and more arrests are expected. 

Arrested today were:

  • Al Richard Norman 47-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (10 warrants)
    Total Bond: $150,000
  • Elizabeth McWhorter 51-year old female
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (5 warrants)
    Total Bond: $75,000
  • Cindy Thornton 44-year old female
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (2 warrants)
    Total Bond: $30,000 
  • Terry Eugene Manning 39-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (4 warrants)
    Total Bond: $60,000
     
  • Antwoin Harbison 29-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
    Total Bond: $15,000
  • Tawan Smith 39-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance
    Total Bond: $15,000
  • Wanda Morris 37-year old female
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance
    Total Bond: $15,000
  • Andrew Caro 19-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (4 warrants)
    Total Bond: $60,000
  • John Corley 54-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (2 warrants)
    Total Bond: $30,000
  • Brent Stanley 20-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
    Total Bond: $15,000
  • Phillip Tatum 45-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance
    Total Bond: $15,000
  • Heather Hoffman 18-year old female
    Charge: Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance
    Total Bond: $15,000
  • Robert Warren Bell 56-year old male

  • Richard Alex Hernandez 20-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance

  • Charles Houston 25-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (2 warrants)

  • Cecil Hicks 27-year old male
    Charge: Unlawful Pos session of Marijuana 2nd Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
    Total Bond: $1,000
