4 well trimmed boneless beef top loin strips or ribeye steaks
3 tablespoons of chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of freshly grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Combine seasoning ingredients and press evenly over beef steaks. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash covered coals. Cook them for 15 to 18 minutes, uncovered.
