Crazy Chocolate Caramel Bars

1  18oz package of Pillsbury refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough

1  12 oz package of chocolate chips

1.5 cups of caramel apple dip

3 cups of rice crispies

1 cup of chopped cashews

Heat oven to 375 degrees.  Press dough in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 pan.  Bake for 12-18 minutes until until light golden brown.  Let cool in large saucepan, combine all of the rest of the ingredients.  Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate until chilled and cut into squares.
