MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Auburn Montgomery's Division of Continuing Education is asking those who want to learn a new hobby or to launch a new career to listen up! A free preview of its fall courses and programs will take place on Thursday, Aug. 26, 5-7 p.m., in room 223 of the Taylor Center.
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet the instructors and staff and receive information about specific courses and certificate programs. Those who register at the event will receive a 10 percent discount off classes.
Personal growth and recreation courses include dancing, knitting, wine appreciation, floral design, drawing, photography, Spanish, English as a second language and ACT exam review.
Professional development courses include grant writing, book publishing, sales, home building, computers and computer programs.
Certificate programs are offered in:
