Grilled Chicken and Apple Sandwich

12 oz. can dark and light meat chicken, drained

1/3 cup low fat mayonnaise

1-1/2 cups grated low fat Swiss cheese

1 tsp. lemon juice

2 stalks celery, chopped

1 apple, finely chopped

8 slices whole wheat bread


In a small bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, Swiss cheese, lemon juice, celery and apple.  Make sandwiches with the bread.  Spread outside slices of sandwiches with butter and grill until cheese begins to melt and bread is toasted. Enjoy!
