HARTLEY, Del. - Alabama State University junior quarterback Devin Dominguez has been named the winner of the week-four Fan Poll voting for the Heritage Sports Radio Network (HSRN) Player of the Week.  Each week staff members of HSRN select the top performances from all HBCU games and let the fans across the nation vote on the week's top performances for both NCAA Division I FCS and NCAA Division II.

Dominguez led ASU to a hard-fought 18-15 win at Prairie View, the defending Southwestern Athletic Conference champions.  After the host had evened the score at 15 with 1:55 left in the game, he led the Hornets on a 10-play, 50 yard drive that led to a winning field goal with only 23 seconds left in the game.  During the drive, Dominguez had a hand in all 50 yards as he rushed for 18 yards and threw for 32.

HSRN developed the fan poll to get all HBCU alumni, students and fans involved with the national process and to give fans a chance to keep up with the top individual performances around the country.
