OPP, AL (WSFA) - The uncle of a 4-year-old Opp boy shot to death with a rifle will have to wait a while longer before he appears at his preliminary hearing.

John Davis, 25, confessed to shooting the boy in the chest back in July of 2010 because he was mad.

This is the second time Davis' hearing has been postponed. He was set to appear on September 1, then October 7. Now, the hearing will take place on November 10.

Davis is charged with Capital Murder. He's being held without bond.
