AUTAUGA CO., AL (WSFA) - Watching T.V. isn't something Linda Roy gets to do often. Although she's disabled and doesn't work, there is no doubt her daily duties keep her busy.
"Her son doesn't drive, her sister doesn't drive her mother doesn't drive and she takes care of all of those people in a weeks time."
She has a daughter with special needs. Her sister suffers from seizures and can't drive and her mother is in her 80's. Linda's kindness isn't reserved for her family only.
"She has given Christmas to two families in Autauga County. No questions asked. Clothes, shoes, coats and all that kind of stuff. Food when we're sick. She's just a doll and I love her," said Barbara Roy.
"I want to cry. I want to say thank you in some way and Channel 12 is giving me that chance..to say thank you so much," added Barbara.
Before the tears started to flow, we handed Barbara $120 dollars and followed her to her sister in law's house where we met a woman whom, despite her busy days, considers herself blessed.
How would you describe your life? "Good". Why Good? "I have my mother, some people don't. I have great friends, a lot of people don't. I have a husband who's there for me...so I have it real good," says Linda Roy.
A life fulfilled in so many ways.
