AUBURN, AL (WTVM) - Following Auburn University's 49-31 win over the University of Georgia football team Saturday night, witnesses say an upset Georgia fan set fire to toilet paper hanging from an oak tree at Toomer's Corner in Auburn.
Chief Tommy Dawson with the Auburn Police Department says the fire was contained by the Auburn Fire Department within five minutes and no damage was done to the tree.
Auburn Police say they aren't sure who's responsible for the blaze.
The Tigers win moved their record to 11-0, which secured the SEC's Western Division title and a spot in the SEC Championship Game on December 4th against South Carolina.
