Selwood Ham Ball

2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese, softened

1 cup Selwood Smoked ham, ground

1 tablespoon grated onion

1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper

2 teaspoon parsley flakes

1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Combine first five ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Cover and chill for half an hour to a full hour. Shape into large ball and coat with nuts. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate. You may freeze it before adding nuts and simply add nuts after thawing. Serve with crackers.
