Coosa County School Year Delayed

If you live in Coosa County, don't rush trying to get your kids ready for school. Classes have been pushed back to September 2nd and you can thank construction. Officials planned the later start date because a new school is being built in Hanover for Grades K-8.

Because of the later start date, students will have to forgo some of their fall, Christmas and spring breaks.  To help families deal with the later start date, a summer day camp will start on Monday and run through August 22nd.
