MOBILE, AL (WSFA) - The Mobile County Sheriff's Office says it has arrested a man who was running a casino-style setup out of his home.

Roland Byrd was arrested for possession of several gambling devices on January 20. Authorities say they were tipped off to the illegal setup after receiving several complaints from nearby residents.

When deputies searched Byrd's home they found the living room filled with seven slot machines. Byrd admitted to the deputies that people come to the residence, and if they win they take their ticket to the Midway Convenience Store across the street for collections.

Otis and Allison Frazier own the property where the slot machines were found as well as the Midway Convenience Store.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are pending.
