Sahara Restaurant's Chipotle Cream Sauce

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup culinary cream

1 cup demi glaze

1 tsp chicken base or 3 chicken bouillon cubes

2 tsp chipotle peppers, pureed

2 lb softened unsalted butter

Heat everything but the butter together in a pot. Swirl in the butter. Serve warm.

Serves 6 to 8
