Breakfast Pita

3 egg whites

1 cup drained corn

1/4 cup each of red chopped pepper and green chopped pepper

4 Tbs. of chopped onion

1 1/4 cups of egg substitute

1/4 cup of skim milk

1 Tsp. of seasoned salt

1 medium tomato chopped

1 green onion sliced

Saute corn, peppers, and onions until tender. Combine eggs and egg substitute, milk, and salt...cook and scramble eggs. Stir in tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Spoon into pitas.
