Chicken Teriyaki


1 cup water

1 cup low sodium Soy Sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

1/4 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup water (to mix with cornstarch)


1/3 cup prepared Brown Wild rice.


Mix and bring sauce ingredients to a boil. Set aside.

Grill 8 oz. chicken, and slice on bias. Follow instructions on box to prepare rice, but use only 1/3 packet seasoning. (Using less seasoning reduces carbohydrates.)

Saute a vegetable medley with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Serve chicken, vegetables, and sauce on a bed of rice.
