No. 2 Lady Senators fall to D-II's No. 4 Barry

MELBOURNE, Fla. ---- The No. 2 Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team dropped an 8-1 decision to NCAA Division II's No. 4 Barry University on Thursday.

With the loss, the Lady Senators fell to 11-4 on the season, while the Bucs improved to 11-0 overall.

AUM earned its lone point of the match in doubles play, as the tandem of junior Kveta Hajkova and sophomore Alina Tseplukhova defeated Laura Boguet and Alex Gwizdowski, 8-2, at the No. 2 position.

In singles, all four Lady Senators fell in straight sets, while also dropping two matches via default.
