Prosecutors in the Alabama gambling corruption case have until the end of the day to turn over all relevant documents to the Defense.   A federal judge halted today's hearing threatening sanctions.  We'll have the latest tonight starting at five.

Today a judge ruled a Montgomery police officer is eligible to receive worker's compensation benefits. Corporal Dave Brown was critically injured in a double accident in September.  Our Jennifer Oravet talks to the family.

Small business owners could earn a 1 thousand dollar tax credit for new employees.  It's part of Governor Bentley's plan to create jobs in the state.  Political reporter Max Reiss will tell us how it works.
