MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - There were some scary moments for workers and customers at the Eastbrook Flea Market and Antique Mall on Coliseum Blvd. in Montgomery Tuesday when a vehicle crashed into the front of the store.

Employees said that around 5:00pm the glass panes at the front of the shop shattered as a white sedan hit the building. There were customers inside, but no injuries were reported.

The Montgomery Police Department confirmed that a woman, unidentified, left the vehicle running while she went inside a store. The woman's 5-year-old child knocked the car out of the park position, and it rolled into the building. The child was not hurt, either.

Flea market management boarded up the broken windows after the vehicle was towed away. The store, which reopened to regular business Wednesday morning, had not yet received a damage estimate.
