One Montgomery, the community organization that promotes racial harmony, sponsors community breakfasts each week at 7 a.m. in the 11th floor reception area of the Goode Building adjacent to Jackson Hospital. 

An open discussion is held on the first Tuesday of each month. Speakers are invited to speak the other weeks of each month.

One Montgomery has an open door and extends invitations to join the organization after the guests attends two meetings.

The One Montgomery speakers schedule is:

• May 22 - Jim Wrye, AEA Public Relations Director, will speak about AEA's views on charter schools.  Mr. Wrye, frequently illustrates AEA stories in the AEA's Alabama School Journal. 
•  May 29 - Henry Davis, Medicaid Agency Director, will speak on Alabama medicaid issues.
•  June 5 - Open discussion
•  June 12 - Susan Segrest, Alabama Aging Consortium assistant executive director.
•  June 19 - Attorney Craig Baab, Alabama Appleseed Senior Fellow/policy and development, Update on Alabama Constitutional Reform.
•  June 26 - Dr. Jewell Henderson, Alabama Ethics Commissioner.
