More tonight in the saga of the man accused of poisoning the Toomer's Corner oak trees on the Auburn Campus. Harvey Updyke says he was attacked by one or more assailants behind a convenience store in Opelika. He says he never saw who did it. We'll tell you the rest of the story at 10.
A Facebook page tied to an area high school caused quite a stir over the last few days. School officials and police investigated it as a case of cyber bullying. Tonight we'll tell you what *was* on the page.
Today is the first day of the second year of the recovery from the world's worst oil spill. We're on the beach at Gulf Shores for more on how that part of the gulf has been cleaned and is ready for tourists.
