Lady Senators in NAIA Women's Tennis Coaches' Poll

The No. 4 Auburn University at Montgomery women's tennis team continued to hold strong in the latest edition of the NAIA Women's Tennis Coaches' Top 25 poll, which was released on Wednesday.

The Lady Senators, who are 19-5 on the season, received 284 total points and are just 28 points out of the top spot in the poll. The top-five remain the same, with the defending National Champion Fresno Pacific coming in at No. 1. Embry-Riddle and Point Loma Nazarene stayed at the No. 2 and No. 3 positions, respectively, with Oklahoma Christian rounding out the five.

Nine conferences/independents/unaffiliated groupings are represented in the poll. The Southern States Athletic Conference led the way with six Top-25 squads including: AUM, No. 8 Brenau, No. 11 Shorter, No. 13 William Carey, No. 16 Lee and No. 25 Belhaven.

The poll was voted upon by a panel of head coaches representing each of the conferences/independents/unaffiliated groupings. The next Top 25 poll will be announced on May 3.
