No one saw this one coming! One of two casino owners indicted by a federal grand in the state house corruption case is now ready to plead guilty.  Ronnie Gilley's attorney filed papers in Federal Court here saying his client will change his "not guilty" plea and cooperate with prosecutors.  Details and a look back at months of Gilley's defiant defense of his innocence - at 10.

By now you've probably heard of Harvey Updyke - the man charged with poisoning the oak trees at Toomer's corner in Auburn.  Tonight you'll get to hear Updyke as he talks about his alleged assault outside an Opelika convenience store...the latest chapter in a very unusual story.

A former police chief in an area community is in hot water....accused of 40 ethics violations.  We'll tell you how he found himself in this predicament.

A retired judge in Dothan found guilty of ethical misconduct in his courtroom.  A panel of judges made that ruling this afternoon here in Montgomery after a two day trial.

Children and adults in one nearby county are ranked as being the "unhealthiest" in the state.  We'll explain why and tell you how an agency hundreds of miles away is helping...via the Internet.

Hope you'll join Val, Jeff, Rich and me...at 10.   You'll be glad you did.
