MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Country Crossing developer Ronnie Gilley is now back in the Montgomery City Jail.
WSFA 12 News was the only TV station there as Gilley returned after his 24 hour furlough had ended.
On Friday, Gilley pleaded guilty to 11 charges in connection with a federal gambling corruption probe.
"No comment today," Gilley told WSFA 12 News Saturday morning. "I was happy to spend time with my family yesterday and glad my son's surgery went great."
Gilley then walked into the jail and told the clerk, "I need to check back in. It's time to come back home. I know y'all missed me."
Gilley has a court hearing Monday morning.
