Hey all,

Heading to the lake?  Don't forget to use extreme caution!  Storm debris still liters the lake.  Alabama Marine police say they're finding things like appliances, furniture and building materials. Tonight we'll tell you where it's causing the biggest problems.

Local animal shelters are overwhelmed with pets in need of temporary homes after the storm. Sally pitts will tell us how you can help them find them shelter.

A lawsuit filed against the Governor wants to "undo" the recent selection of some Auburn board of trustee members.  A former president of the school's national alumni association claims the Governor and the Auburn selection committee failed to follow the state's open meetings law.  Reporter Max Reiss will have the latest on the suit.

Nearly 2 dozen banks are closing saying they aren't seeing enough growth to cover expenses. BancorpSouth has announced closings in six state's including Alabama.  What you need to know about the closings tonight at six.

    Montgomery police have made an arrest in the Sunday morning Bragg Street shooting of 23-year-old Marcus Cooley. Curtis London, 29, of Montgomery has been arrested and charged with capital murder says Cpt. Regina Duckett. It was around 3:30 a.m. Sunday when both the Montgomery Police Department and Fire Medics responded to a subject shot in the 1200 block of Bragg Street.
