NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Just like celebrities did a year ago forTennessee flood victims and before that, for victims of the earthquake in Haiti, musicians and others are coming together Thursday night to raise money for those suffering from the recent storms and tornadoes in the south.

Alan Jackson has been added to Thursday night's telethon on CMT. He joins organizer Hank Williams Junior and Alabama, Keith Urban, Lady Antebellum, Ronnie Dunn, Sara Evans, Tim McGraw and many others.

Money raised Thursday night goes to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief fund.

In two weeks, Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton are performing at the Choctaw casino in Durant, Oklahoma. Those concerts are fundraisers for victims in their home state of Oklahoma.

You can watch the simulcast on WAFF 48's digital channel, 48.2 and on WAFF.com beginning at 8:00 p.m.
