Apple Brie Pockets

2 tart apples cored and sliced

4 oz. of brie cut into 1/2 inch slices

1 Tbs. of brown sugar

2 Tbs. of toasted almonds

Preheat oven to four hundred degrees. Cut out parchment paper in rectangle.

Put your sliced apples in parchment paper, top with brie, sprinkle with brown sugar, and the almonds. Seal up and bake 10-15 minutes until cheese begins to melt. To serve, slice parchment and make individual servings.
