Former ASU Football Coach Back In Court

Former Alabama State Head Football Coach L.C. Cole was back in court on Friday. Appearing in Judge Charles Price's Court Room...Coach Cole and his attorney's filed a petition to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals asking that Judge Price be recused from hearing the case due to personal reasons.

They also asked that Judge Price grant a motion to stop all legal action until the appeals court makes a decision. Judge Price granted that motion...putting everything on hold once again. More hearings are scheduled for the October 13th, 14th and 15th. No word on when a decision from the court of civil appeals will be made.
