Lawmakers are rushing to pass bills that will make the state's two budgets acceptable to Gov. Bentley. He says they need to shore up some funding allocations for Medicaid and other agencies before he'll sign the General Fund and Education budgets. Montgomery police make an arrest in the fatal shooting of a 22 year old woman. Remember that story? The woman was driving along the boulevard when she was shot in the head by someone in the car. Police charged that "someone" they believe is responsible for the murder.
