Ronnie Gilley back on stand

In the federal gambling corruption trial, Country Crossing developer Ronnie Gilley was back on the stand.  He was one of the original 11 defendants named in the grand jury indictment. He pleaded guilty two months ago and is now cooperating with prosecutors.  We'll tell you about his relationship with Victoryland owner Milton McGregor.

The Sportsplex Splash Park and Pool in Opelika was expected to reopen after several children were hospitalized with illnesses. Tonight at five we'll tell you why it's still closed.
