Weather permitting, the two outside lanes of I-65 South between Herron Street and I-85 will continue to be closed nightly between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m., Tuesday-Thursday, June 28-30 to work on pavement.
Additionally, one lane of the I-65 South off ramp to I-85 North will be closed nightly during the same timeframe.
Moderate delays can be expected on I-65 in the Montgomery area. Montgomery Police Department will assist with traffic control.
Motorists are requested to consider using alternate routes, adjust arrival/departure times, observe work zone speed limits and other work zone signs, and use extreme caution in this area. ALDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this construction to improve Alabama's roadways.
