DID THE JURY GET IT RIGHT? DESPITE WHAT APPEARED ON THE SURFACE TO BE A LOT OF INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE -- SOME LEGAL ANALYSTS SAID -- FROM THE BEGINNING -- IT WAS FAR FROM BEING A SLAM DUNK FOR PROSECUTORS. WSFA 12 NEWS REPORTER SAMUEL KING HAS REACTION.

ON TUESDAY -- THE CITY OF MONTGOMERY TOOK AN $82-THOUSAND DOLLAR LOSS... THAT IT HOPES WILL PAY OFF IN THE LONG RUN. THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVED THE SALE OF 15 DEXTER AVENUE FOR 110-THOUSAND DOLLARS...THE BUILDING IS APPRAISED AT 192-THOUSAND. THE CITY SAYS FOR THE AREA TO BE IMPROVED, THERE NEEDS TO BE AN INCENTIVE FOR DEVELOPERS
